Mission:

Harmoniously working with the developer and local government units, Fiesta Castillejos Community Homeowners Association shall:

1. Recognize and strengthen the rights and roles of homeowners as individuals and as a group working towards making a community a safe, friendly, well-maintained and a place they can be proud of.

2. Continually endevour to provide vital and basic services to the homeowners to ensure a higher quality of life and increase in property values; and

3. Strictly uphold the covenants, By-laws, Deed of restrictions and Association policies while adhering to local and national laws pertaining to the environment, health and safety.
